S-town And Ysrael

Brian Reed is a writer, and the author of “S Town”. In S Town, Brian investigates the town, that John McLemore calls Shit Town. John calls it like that because he has lived there all his life, and he is disgusted with the town. People are uneducated and corrupt. Brian carefully investigates the town because there has been a murder in the town, but it is being covered up. It is for reasons like these that John McLemore dislikes his town. Time in S Town changes throughout the podcast. At first, Brian Reed starts talking about individual witness accounts, but later, he talks about his investigation in a more chronological order.

Ysrael is famous because a pig damaged his face when he was a baby, so he wears a mask, and doesn't let anybody see his face. Rafa and Yunior are in el campo because they are working in a farm during the summer, living with their uncle and aunt. In the relationship between Yunior and Rafa, Rafa is like the condescending big brother that does not show a lot of affection to Yunior, and is mean to Yunior. Yunior has no choice but to accept that treatment since Rafa is older and there is nothing he can do. Regardless, they are together all the time so they are really close.
